Out today on Fog Arts: the first-ever release of Norwegian saxophonist Harald Gundhus' 'lost' 1993 album with Czech jazz veterans Emil Viklicky (piano), Robert Balzar (bass) and Josef Vejvoda (drums). You can stream or download it at Spotify (https://open.spotify.com/album/4VJyW9NmVRTOQmB0azmNWU?si=g-bjdbjaS1GmMRL84ScXWg), Apple Music, Deezer, iTunes, Amazon and all other good digital platforms worldwide.

Recorded in Drammen near Oslo, the album was recently found on an old hard drive, where Gundhus (1942-2007) had stored the seven tracks after mixing and mastering. It's a pleasing 43-minute romp through a selection of American jazz standards and Scandinavian originals which sheds new light on one of Norway's lesser-known, but very well-connected, post-war jazzmen. Read more about Gundhus (in Norwegian) at https://no.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harald_Gundhus.
