The governor emphasized that this move is not for competition but to improve the quality of life for Lagos workers.
He also highlighted the introduction of staggered work hours for civil servants to improve efficiency and work-life balance.

Remember that in February of 2024, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu unveiled the Eko Cares initiative alongside the Governor.
The ceremony is ongoing at the state house, Alausa Lagos where the 500,000 boxes of foodstuff is being distributed to Local Government chairmen and LCDAs onwards to the vulnerable in the society.
