We are currently on the hunt for a experienced booker/marketing assistant!

Ideally this candidate will have expereince dealing with commerical and fashion brands based in Melbourne to assist our Booking team and director across cross fashion, commercial & influencer bookings and marketing activities.

Administration experince and in-depth knowledge of the fashion industry necessary.

The successful applicant will preferably have expereince working for a credible modelling or creative agency and works well under pressure.

Must be proficient in PC’s, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite, Online Casting Portals, Basic Admin skills, Phone skills and Sales.

A day in the role will look like:
Liaising with both fashion and commercial clients to match talent to briefs
Maintaining positive relationships with clients
General administration duties
Marketing and brand research to acquire new clients
Interviewing potential talent
PR packages and coordination

Our ideal candidate will:
Have a minimum of 18 months experience working in an agency
Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Work well under pressure
Strong ability to multitask
Experience with Social media
Teriary qualification in Media/communications/PR or similar
Strong organisation skills

Training in our system will be provided.
Part time/3 days per week as a subcontractor or contracted employee - 9:30 am - 3:30 pm (Hours can be flexible)
