In today's episode of Calm the Bleep Down, we introduce an ESP experiment you can do during or after your daily meditation.

Each day, 8 am EST, Ami will randomly select a symbol from an ESP Test Deck. The answer will be posted on Instagram the following day.

There are a total of 11 symbols. If you want to see them, check out the video version of the podcast on our page. Six of the symbols are black; five of them come in six colors.

Tips:

Avoid making an effort to guess. Just allow the answer to arise while you're in a calm state.

Write down your answers each day (symbol+ color), noting HOW it came to you. Did you see it in your Mind's Eye? Did you hear it? Feel it in your body? Where?
