The dating show Fboy Island returned this week for a dramatic third season, and hosts Levi & Los are breaking it all down on Recap & Record. The first two episodes introduced us to three new female leads - Hali, Daniella, and Katie from The Bachelorette - who arrived on the island ready to find a meaningful connection. But with 13 self-proclaimed "Nice Guys" and 13 self-proclaimed "FBoys" vying for their hearts, finding true love proved to be quite the challenge.
In the first episode, the women had to rely on their intuition and the men's first impressions to hand out "green flags" and "red flags." The green flags earned the men extra time with the ladies, so unsurprisingly the guys pulled out all the stops with cringey dance moves, bad singing, and super cheesy pick-up lines. Soccer player Bryce definitely took home the gold for his staged football play intro proclaiming he'd "be crazy to fumble" the women.
The first elimination ceremony brought some mild drama when Steven called out Ian for lying about his age. Daniella took the bait and sent 22-year-old Ian home, who did indeed turn out to be an FBoy. Hali also eliminated Sean after being warned he wasn't there for love, another correct prediction revealed post-ceremony. Katie made the tough call to eliminate smiley Nice Guy Dio, who clearly had ingested some Joker Venom with his constant grin.
Hour two brought another round of dates and tough decisions. Comedian Marco tried hard to convince Katie he was there for the right reasons, but pushy moves like forcing a kiss made her doubt his sincerity. She even admitted fellow contestant Vince was a better kisser! Daniella chose entrepreneur Jared for her date, and while they clearly hit it off, the other guys insisted he was an FBoy and she should be wary. But Daniella wanted to make up her own mind.
Hali picked hunky personal trainer Evander as her date, and they made a real connection. But Evander's popularity sparked some jealousy with the other men. At elimination time, Daniella made the bold move to cut seemingly sweet Bryce, who revealed his not-so-nice reaction afterward. Hali eliminated Chris, also an alleged Nice Guy who turned out to be an FBoy. And Katie chose to send sensitive soul Tanner home, wanting to protect this precious puppy from the show's chaos.
With two episodes down and plenty of drama still to unfold, hosts Levi & Los have a lot to recap from this addicting dating series. The women clearly have their work cut out for them trying to separate the genuine men from the FBoys, especially when the guys seem determined to manipulate and lie at every turn. We've already seen some twists and surprises, along with building connections, simmering rivalries, and hurt feelings.
