I’m a good employee until …
1) others getting away with s**t and the moment I do it, it’s a problem.
2) Dealing with supervisors/leads/management etc, who easily cave when an employee says they don’t want to do something, and then you have to do it.
3) Favouritism
4) talking to me In a condescending tone
5) Talking to other coworkers about issues that happen with another employee instead of fixing it.
6) Backpedaling in what they say or do, especially when it’s in legit writing.
7) leads who act like they’re concerned and whole time not retaliating in no way shape or form because they don’t want to deal with it.
