This light-filled warehouse conversion that's located in one of Surry Hills' most vibrant pockets has just come onto the market, complete with an interesting history.

Sydney artist (and new mum!) Georgia Norton Lodge, known as the ‘Georgia Draws A House’ on social media, has gained thousands of followers on Instagram but her business of drawing beautiful homes, doing workshops and making giant murals started out very differently to how it is now.
