QUALITIES TO ACHIEVE GREAT HEIGHTS

When coaching or mentoring a person, we always look for two qualities — High Teachability Index (HTI) and High Willingness to Learn (HWL).

Without HTI, he’ll be burned out soon; without HWL, he’ll lose his self-stirred direction soon; and without these two, the person isn’t ready and committed to reach his next version.

WHEN TO SEEK MENTORING?
If someone is tainted by subjective, painful past or present challenges, he needs to empty his cup and achieve clarity first, thus he can win the present and the future while valuing the lessons of the past.

Without biases and prejudice on material benefits, he can achieve beyond what he is deserving.

WHEN TO SEEK CONSULTANCY?
On the other hand, if someone has pressing challenges and hardships in life especially financially, spiritually or mentally, he needs to get technical advise and industry wisdom from consultants who are best at what they do to offer short and long term solutions.

WISDOM

🧐 HOW TO EVOLVE YOUR THINKING DURING THE PANDEMIC?

“Stand strong amidst the troubled world.”

Winning is not just about what we know or what we have accomplished in life.

It’s also about sacrificing our previous-self and eliminating doubt which: aggravates minor challenges and bring us nearer to poverty mindset.

It is important to unlearn the knowledge and experience which have the power to drag us back to our past.

It is critical to avoid thinking that may lead in creating hardened layers of our social mask — our ego.

To reach the level of our perceived success, we must be conscious in releasing our blockages that disrupt our heart and mind.
