I've been very quiet on socials over the last 6 months. I've been in New Cross for 7 months battling my Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome. I'll be honest, it's been rubbish, but thankfully I'm much better now.

I felt it was important to keep myself distracted from my pain, so I decided to get a job!

Had a nice surprise today on the ward! Aston Villa’s Cameron Archer sent me a brilliant video message. Thank you Cameron.

I also had a lovey message from Marcal at Wolves 🐺 along with some gifts from the club.

Appreciate the time people have took to do this in uncertain times.

I wanted to explore this important subject because many people are suffering with loneliness, mental health issues and addiction which is linked to their social media usage.

It's great to see Jack Grealish representing England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 at the highest level proving to the nation how good of a player he is.

This was back in his championship days with Villa - he told me how the manager (Bruce) wanted him to be involved in the goals a lot more. He also explains how he's had a season ticket at Aston Villa since the age of five.

He did what his club asked of him and is rewarded with representing his country in a major tournament.
We are all behind Southgate and the team to make history this evening.

I will be taking part in the social media black out this weekend. Social Media companies need to step up their game in regards to a lot of matters such as racism, trolling and discrimination.

From 15:00 this afternoon I will be deleting the apps off my phone until Tuesday morning.
