we are creating our reality,
our experience
The legacy of our life is in our hands.
When we blame others we give our power away,
yet are we under the obligation, of any contract that doesn't serve who we really are?
Responsibility means we are free to face things we don't like and creatively reframe by taking positive action to place ourselves in a position of empowered self-response-ability with what we DO and how we BE, to respond appropriately in every moment.
Like attracts like.
If we choose to be surrounded by influences that believe one is a victim then it naturally follows that one attracts more victimhood, is that what you want and need in your soul experience, even if it was popular?
What if others need you to be a victim for their own advantage? What if it's dressed up for you as piety and sanctity and they need you to be living in pity while they prey on your money and freedom and agency? What if that was what you were shown as an example and you in turn did that to others without a second thought ?
But just like changing clothes, habits, we can don a new reality consciously remembering, I am the creator, and take the reins of our kingdom, our realm and make new rules for our self in resonance with our growing family, our familiarity, our people, together we do this present in our neighbourhood with love wholly.
Mastery, excellence, striving, honing, bettering, describing our lives with better values, raising the frequencies, lifting our spirits, enabling new opportunities, meeting people that inspire us, because it's what we're being and doing, informing the pictures we paint, the letters we write, the contexts of texts, being true, being real, being honest with ourselves, gives us a better grip to gain traction on this adventure in the love we make every day in every way.
Just as we realise, if it doesn't serve truly, let it go. Thank that experience for what it revealed and move on, flow. Release the obligation, for a new trust founded in one's action borne from inspiration.
Keep getting up, habits are choices we exercise, we fashion who we are every day by the cumulation of the efforts we make, who we listen to, what we watch and consume in our consciousness.
The change we seek is within us, when we ask ourselves again and again, remember who I have come here, to be, now. We are at the heart of our power.
We all know I am unique, because we can see you are unique to me and we are all gifts to each other. We make the body of oneness. We are all essential.
I love who I am because I keep showing up, my character is the wisdom I embody every day, every moment because I own that this is my choice. Every one of us is an I am.
We are the victory of soul celebration, living in the eternal present moment here now."

The lyrics were written around the time I was in a social network called Zaadz which meant "Seeds" in Dutch. I was inspired by Obi Okorougo in the process of writing this song I was randomly found twice in Queensland with seeds during what were supposedly intended to be shorter visits ...

In the early days of social media I responded to an inspired post by a brother called Obi on a site called Zaadz. In general it was about showing up in the world with your gifts.

Some time later the song emerged with me on the guitar singing my lyrics. My friend Cosmicb as he was then known helped with capturing this great recording in a beautiful house with rich resonant wooden interior, deep in the forest at the headwaters of the Tweed Valley near Chillingham.

It's taken a few meanderings of life, just like a stream making it's way to the ocean to properly offer this up to be received by your ears and appreciated for what it is, a gift presently heard.

I had a particular profound experience going to the Sydney Mind, Body, Spirt festival in 2009. Simply being part of 7 medium sessions by 3 different mediums with crowds of 100-200+ people for each session.

It was amazing to see the profound revelations that what seemed like random perfection as people in the audience received key information from whoever was on the "other side" that had specific messages for them that unlocked cathartic responses that came back to one theme:

"I'm okay, everything is fine, there is no need to grieve me, get on with your life".

It was a cosmic blend of entertainment and healing. I did wonder at first if my mother would come through, however as events unfolded, I realised that there was no relevant message for me, as I had already received it.
