As the digital marketing specialist, you will lead user acquisition and help build the user acquisition team. You will lead performance marketing: driving strategy and ex*****on across media channels with a deep understanding of performance marketing and acquisition KPI's in both the mobile app and web world.
Creating roadmaps planning strategic initiatives & optimization efforts to hit goals and targets.
Directly work on media buying, marketing artists, and an affiliate marketing
Own performance across media channels, with a focus on scaling new customer acquisition while achieving efficiency targets and customer quality.
Build and execute a test and learn roadmap across all channels
Work closely with data and analytics to understand the customer’s journey from awareness to conversion and leverage insights to unlock new growth and conversion opportunities
Required Qualifications
5+ years experience in marketing.
Experience in the areas affiliate marketing, paid media, product marketing, and influencing product from a growth perspective
Knows foundational metrics of growth: ROI/LTV/CAC
Used tracking tools inherent in a digital marketing tech stack - Adjust, Google Analytics, and CDPs
An understanding on how to communicate SDK updates and pixel implementations to technical teams in service to tracking channel performance
Familiarity with various digital advertising bidding models (CPM, dCPM, CPC, CPA)
