Only a little bit more than one-third of your diet should consist of starchy carbs. Potatoes, bread, rice, pasta, and cereals are among them😉.

Choose products with more fibre or wholegrain content, including wholewheat pasta, brown rice, or potatoes that still have their skins on😌.

Compared to white or refined starchy carbs, they have more fiber and might make you feel fuller for longer😁.

For each big meal, try to incorporate at least 1 starchy food🧐. Although some individuals believe that starchy meals make you fat, they actually contain less calories per gram of carbohydrate than fat😊.

Because of its high antioxidant content, drinking coffee may increase longevity and lower your chance of developing type 2 diabetes, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, and a host of other diseases😌.

Although it has been associated to low birth weight, pregnant women should limit or entirely avoid it. The best healthy intake quantity appears to be 3-4 cups per day🙂.

Coffee and other products with caffeine should be consumed in moderation, though😉. Consuming too much coffee can cause heart palpitations and sleeplessness, among other health problems. Limit your daily consumption of coffee to no more than four cups, and stay away from high-calorie, high-sugar additions like sweetened creamer😁.

Regrettably, research indicates that even in those who do not have extra body fat, drinking sugar-sweetened drinks increases the risk of type 2 diabetes and heart disease😌 .

Sugar-sweetened beverages are particularly detrimental for kids since they can cause illnesses including type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, which often do not manifest in children until maturity😅.
