No Dentist has been posted to the Civil Hospital Gulmit for the last 7 months, depriving the only functional hospital in Sub division Gojal of an essential medical service.

The locals have requested the District Health Officer Hunza several times and have also demanded appointment of a Dentist in the region from the Health Department Gilgit-Baltistan, without any success.

Locals have appealed to the Chief Minister and Health Minister for prompt action in this regard.
