Have not been able to find his whereabouts for several decades. He resided in new York city in the Bronx. His date of birth is 10/6/1945. Please if anyone knows anything please respond to this message. His mother is still alive at 96 years old. His sister is 4 or 5 years older. They live in Puerto Rico.
