Statement of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the Nakba Day

May 15th is the day of the Nakba and the establishment of the apartheid and occupying Zionist regime supported by the colonial conspiracy. Nakba, or the Palestinian's experience of dispossession and loss of homeland, reminds of the beginning of a dark period of genocide, massacre, displacement, occupation and desecration of the holy land of Al-Quds by the Zionist regime. It is the beginning of 76 years of occupation of Palestinian land and the blatant violation of human rights and the right to self-determination.
The Zionist regime, disregarding all human values and norms and contrary to the values of human rights, humanitarian principles, international laws and regulations and the United Nations Charter, committed the most heinous type of international crimes ever throughout the history of mankind, including War crimes, genocide and crimes against humanity.
The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Islamabad, while condemning the brutal massacre of more than thirty-five thousand innocent people, including defenseless and innocent children, men and women, wounding of seventy-five thousand people, the displacement of hundreds of thousands of people in the occupied Palestinian territories and the destruction of buildings and infrastructures by the Zionist regime, emphasizes that the international criminal conviction of the perpetrators of these crimes should be held. Also, denying the irresponsible action of the United States in disrupting the process of ceasefire and the massacre of Gaza and its recent opposition to the recognition of the Palestinian state in the United Nations, it insists that any legal, armed and logistic support to the usurping Zionist regime is unacceptable, irresponsible and contrary to the request of the international community.
Reiterating the firm position of the Islamic Republic of Iran regarding the issue of Palestine and the illegitimate Zionist regime, supporting the liberation struggles of the Palestinian people and supporting the full membership of Palestine in the United Nations, the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Islamabad, acknowledges the strong position and support of the government and nation of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan regarding the Cause of Palestine. Once again it declares solidarity with the cause of the Palestinian nation and emphasizes that the issue of Palestine is the topmost issue of the Islamic world.

Message of Appreciation by H.E. Reza Amiri Moghadam, Honorable Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Pakistan

I would like to wholeheartedly appreciate Pakistan Navy for responding actively and conscientiously to the distress call of assistance form an Iranian fishing boat caught in an uncontrollable fire in the open sea and
safely rescuing 8 Iranian fishermen.

Iran and Pakistan have a close mutual support and cooperation in the Rescue and humanitarian assistance operations at the International waters done by due vigilance and professionalism this time by Pakistan Navy. Iran and Pakistan have always remained committed to stand by each other in hard times during the history of the two brotherly countries.

Statement Full text:
H.E. Seyed Ebrahim Raisi, Honourable President of the Islamic Republic of Iran had a telephone conversation with H.E. Mohammad Shahbaz Sharif, Honourable Prime Minster of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan:

1- expressing happiness to see that the Pakistan national elections was held successfully, parliament was formed and H.E. Mohammad Shahbaz Sharif elected as the prime minister, Raisi congratulated PM and the people of Pakistan after a successful nationwide election.
2- Raisi said i hope that during your new term as prime minister, we will continue the work we started together to develop the relations between the two countries, finish the previous projects and start new projects.

3- Raisi said: Your prime ministership will definitely strengthen the anti-Zionist trend in the Islamic world. In cooperation with each other and with other Islamic countries, we will stop the crimes of the Zionist regime in Gaza.

4- The two sides will work to materialize the the visit of Iranian president to Pakistan in a near future.

5- Raisi expressed hope that the could vist the officials and the honorable people of Pakistan in the near future.

In this telephone conversation, the two sides insisted and agreed upon the promotion of the all-out areas of the bilateral relations to a new level.

*ISPR* *Rawalpindi, 18 October,2023:* Pakistan today conducted a successful flight test of Ababeel Weapon System. The test flight was aimed at re-validating various design, technical parameters and performance evaluation of different sub-systems of the weapon system. The missile system is aimed at strengthening deterrence and enhancing strategic stability in the region through the operationalization of Full Spectrum Deterrence in the overall construct of Credible MinimumDeterrence. Today's launch was witnessed by General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) and senior officers from Strategic Plans Division and Strategic Forces Command, Scientists and Engineers of Strategic Organizations. CJCSC appreciated the technical prowess, dedication and commitment of all those who contributed towards the successful test. The President, Prime Minister of Pakistan and Services Chiefs also congratulated all members of the Strategic Forces on the achievement.
