Ruth's reason for creating The Presenting Hub, came from a realisation that she'd acquired a wealth of skills and tips throughout her years as an actress and presenter, that many of her colleagues were simply unaware of. Ruth began sharing her knowledge with fellow presenters and individuals who all lacked confidence and 'felt the fear', when having to speak publicly.
"I truly believe we can all 'reframe our brain' to allow us to actually enjoy speaking in the work environment, when we're with friends and family, or deliver a speech on stage. There are many simple skills, techniques and exercises that we can all learn, in order to calm our nerves and deliver a presentation or speech with clarity, courage and confidence. Once we find our own voice, it's amazing how quickly we can speak with ease and authenticity - without the fear of judgement." Ruth Linnett
