How was your January?
For me, I checked a lot of boxes off. I’ve been killing my workouts, meditations, and continuing to practice self love.
Do I have things that I didn’t accomplish? Of course! Do I completely fall in love with myself every morning I wake up? No. It’s always a process. Let me say this… It only inspired me to work harder and to NOT give up.
So my question: What will you DO in the month of February to keep that dream in motion??

What kind of rest are you looking forward to?
For me, it’s mental rest. I just spruced up a spare bedroom with fresh paint and I plan on using it for my meditation room. Any suggestions would be appreciated! 🙏🏻

We are all guilty of being super hard on ourselves. Me included 🙋🏼♀️ We beat ourselves up over the little things that we don’t have time to do or the energy to take them on. We feel that we aren’t “good enough”. We are just TOO stressed. It takes a toll on yourself. But let’s take a minute this morning to brag. Brag about yourself. Tell me something GOOD!! 🤩
Here, I’ll go first. I just feel good. I’m taking more time for myself this week and allowing positive people to come into my life. It really affects your mindset. ☺️

Today we had to part ways with our student teacher, Miss Lexie. She has been our saving Grace the past 7 weeks. Not only has she learned and embraced my favorite quote “You have to learn to love them first, then you can teach them”, but she has also influenced so many littles.

Woke up in a not great mood this morning. One of those mornings I could have stayed in bed a little longer. Felt yucky in my outfit choice. Just wasn’t feeling it.
Got to school and had some lovely gifts on my desk from our fabulous student teachers in 1st grade. Along with a “Happy World Teacher Day” shout out! 🗣 Then later followed by a list of reasons why my students love me. 🥰
