Valentine's Day is coming soon and we wanted to recommend you a romantic and beautiful gift. You can make it yourself at home. What is mainly needed is a pack of cards and a lot of thought and of course... love )

Item’s you’ll need:
• Playing Cards
• Mod-Podge
• Binder Rings
• One Hole Punch
• Scissors

Print 52 things on card stock and cut out each square by hand. Glue each square to the playing cards using a thin layer of basic Mod-Podge, but you could also use rubber cement for a faster drying time.

Once the cards were dry take one card (the Joker or an extra card you don’t plan on including in your booklet) and practice punching some holes in it. Try your best to punch holes in the same place on each card, but it doesn’t have to be perfect, because the metal binder rings are large enough to give some flexibility to the booklet. Thread each card onto the rings in your desired order and spread the love! You could also bind the deck of cards together using ribbon or string.

We know you’re going to be shocked after reading about this suggestion. It requires you to cut off a chunk of dark chocolate. We know you will be tempted to eat it. But, would you rather eat chocolate or keep staring at the scratches on your wooden table?
If you prefer the first, cut off a piece of that dark chocolate bar and rub it furiously on the scratched you see on your wooden table. Rub until those marks disappear, then wipe off the excess with a baby wipe or some Murphy soap.

Christmas is coming and we have a creative decoration idea that you can make yourself!
These pasta snowflakes are SO COOL, and they're such an easy and fun winter craft. Glue together dried noodles to make these simple pasta ornaments!

Materials:
Uncooked pasta (MANY SHAPES: ROTELLE/WAGON WHEEL, SHELL, PENNE, PENNETTE, MACARONI, FUSILLI, ETC)
White spray paint
Ribbon or string (OPTIONAL)
Equipment:
Parchment paper (or waxed paper)
Glue gun

Place parchment or wax paper on your working surface. This will allow you to easily peel the glued snowflake off when you're finished.
Arrange the pasta on the parchment paper to make the center of the snowflake. For this snowflake we made a circle with six pieces of rotelle (wagon wheels). Add more pasta to complete your snowflake design. Remember, snowflakes have 6 points. We found it easier to create our pasta design on the parchment paper first before gluing it together.
Once you're happy with your snowflake design, pull the outside pieces away from the center.
Add a small dot of hot glue to the side of a wagon wheel. Glue the wagon wheel to the piece next to it. Continue gluing until all the wheels are connected. The last piece will need glue on both sides. To attach the penne, add glue to the end before attaching it to the rotelle.
Repeat with the rest of the penne pieces.
Glue pennette to both sides of the penne. To attach the shells to the ends of the snowflake, add glue inside the shell and then press it on top of the penne. Once the glue has completely hardened, spray paint the pasta snowflake white.
Add one coat of paint to each side of the snowflake. Allow to dry, and add another coat if necessary.
(One coat was enough for our snowflakes, and the paint was dry to the touch in 20 minutes. This will vary based on paint type.)
Add a length of ribbon or string and knot it in place to hang the pasta snowflake as an ornament.
Your pasta snowflake is complete!

Using old drawers as beds will help you hold on to some much-needed cash. This may look a bit kooky at first, but it works! Drawers provide a cozy, enclosed space for your cat to snuggle into, and they’re easy to place in any room of your house. So, start working on your old drawers.

Have you ever seen autumn in a jar? Well... we have!
For this idea, you need to gather some fairy lights, real or fake leaves, mod podge, some twine, and of course, mason jars. Start by arranging the leaves in your jar. When you’re satisfied with the arrangement, use mod podge to secure the leaves. When the glue has dried, place the fairy lights inside the jar in a bundle. Finish off by tying some twine around the opening of the jar.

We are in autumn, the season when the leaves fall from the trees and make the sidewalks colorful. How about picking up the leaves from the sidewalk and turning them into stunning botanical art? Here's how you do it:
STEP 1: FIND SOME LEAVES THAT YOU LOVE.
Perhaps you love the way some particular leaves look, or perhaps a certain tree has meaning for you. You decide!

You will want to gather more than you think you will need, because some pressings will turn out better than others. Gotta have options!

STEP 2: TRIM LEAVES DOWN AND PRESS IN A BOOK
Grab one of your heavy books, choosing a book that you don't love. The oils in the leaves can leave a residue and potentially ruin some of the pages so a layer between the leaves and your book are necessary.

Trim the leaves down and place on a piece of plain printer paper or alternatively, between two sheets of wax paper. Put a sheet on either side of the leaves, then gently close the book pages, pressing the leaves flat.

STEP 3: PUT A HEAVY OBJECT ON THE BOOK
After placing the leaves between two sheets of paper in your book, close it and place something really heavy on top of the book.

STEP 4: GATHER YOUR OTHER SUPPLIES TO START THE FRAMING PROCESS
Grab your rubber cement, document frame, window cleaner cloth, and possibly something to clean the sticky residue remaining from the paper used in packaging.

STEP 5: APPLY RUBBER CEMENT TO YOUR LEAVES
Apply a small amount of rubber cement to the back side of the leaf-spine. Gently place the leaves in the arrangement you prefer, directly on the glass.

STEP 6: GENTLY PLACE THE TOP SHEET OF GLASS OVER THE LEAVES
Document frames work perfectly for this! The frames come with two sheets of glass.

If you prefer having a white/colored background, you could easily grab a regular frame and use a paper color of your choice under the leaves.

It's your pressed leaves project, make it your own! 😉

Winter is coming and with it comes the desire for warm and comforting drinks. Our favorite drink is creamy hot chocolate. And today we feel generous enough to share with you our winning recipe 😋
Ingredients:
Cocoa powder – be sure it’s unsweetened
Sugar – add granulated sugar to your desired sweetness
Chocolate – melt in semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips, chunks, or shavings for a rich chocolate flavor
Milk – we use whole milk for a creamier consistency and it incorporates chocolate better than skim milk.
Vanilla extract

Method:
In a saucepan, whisk together the sugar and cocoa powder. Add milk, chocolate chunks, and vanilla.
Place over medium heat until steaming, whisking constantly to avoid burning the chocolate.
Cool to desired serving temperature and serve with your favorite toppings.
