I LOST 58 LBS
As someone who has always been the fit. Hindi ko na imagine na aabot ako ng 182lbs last year.
But after ko makita yung sarili ko sa salamin last year, I felt really down. I realized that I wasn't the kind of person I wanted my son to admire and be like.
I realized na I needed to take my health & fitness more seriously.
Sakto nakita ko post ni Coach Cho about sa Kaizen and the rest was historyโฆ
I managed to lose 37 lbs in a matter of 100 days and another 21 lbs after another 100 days and finally saw my 6-pack abs. Ngayon I feel much lighter, stronger, and more energetic every day.

Investing in fitness products or coaches alone does not guarantee results. I know kasi pinagdaanan ko din yan; bought tons of courses/programs sa fitness, business, etc then little to no results pa din.
