If you've been in Cookeville for the past few decades, you will recognize some of the finest editorial cartoons ever to surface from the region. Putnam County, TN officials have tough time showing respect for reporters because they can't stand being called out. The big shots have replaced citizen rights with their whims. Look at the Phillip Mullins case before Judge McKenzie.
