Join CARA and Animal Kingdom Foundation in the call for the revision of the existing animal welfare laws. A revised animal welfare act is being championed by Senator Grace Poe. The good senator will be giving a Privilege Speech on March 19, 2024, at 3:00 PM at the Senate.

The time has come for the voice of the animals to be heard. Through the passage of an improved animal welfare bill, we can envision a more effective society and responsive in respecting, upholding, and protecting the welfare of animals.
