Heading to Disney World July 24th or later? You will need to be sure to update your MyDisneyExperience app to the latest version 8.0 to be able to utilize the newest Lightning Lane Multi Pass system.
It should prompt you when you open the app, if you don’t already have your apps set to update automatically.

✨ Disney World resort guests with date-based tickets on their package (not APs) will be able to purchase Lightning Lane MultiPass up to 7 days in advance of check-in for up 14 days and will be able to book 3 Lightning Lanes in advance for each day.

✨The Lightning Lane Single Pass (aka Individual Lightning Lane) will also be available for an additional fee on this same schedule.

We have no additional information at this time, but I’m sure we’ll all learn more very soon. Stay tuned!

🐸 PASSHOLDER PREVIEWS ANNOUNCED! VIRTUAL QUEUE REQUIRED!

‼️Park Reservations & Virtual Queue Required
A virtual queue will be in place for Annual Passholder previews of Tiana's Bayou Adventure. Here’s how it works!

1️⃣ Make a park reservation to Magic Kingdom park on a preview date to have the opportunity to join the 7:00 AM virtual queue for that day. Or, you can make a park reservation to any theme park on a preview date to have the opportunity to join the 1:00 PM virtual queue.

2️⃣ On the date of your reservation, request to join the virtual queue by using the My Disney Experience app. There will be 2 opportunities to join each day of previews.

⭐️The 7:00 AM virtual queue will be available to Passholders with a park reservation to Magic Kingdom park for that day.

⭐️The 1:00 PM virtual queue will be available to Passholders with a park reservation to any theme park for that day. As a reminder, Passholders must enter the theme park where they have a reservation prior to visiting Magic Kingdom park. Or, on June 13, 14, 17, 18 or 20, they can enter Magic Kingdom park without a reservation after 2:00 PM.

✨Passholders do not need to have entered a theme park when they request to join the virtual queue.✨

🎃It’s Halfway to Halloween, and we are all anxious to learn more about Halloween events! We expect that we will soon be able to purchase tickets to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party at Disney World!

This party traditionally starts in August and runs on select nights through Halloween.

🇲🇽This “Taste of Mexico” excursion in Ensenada was fantastic! We made guac, enchiladas, and a tostada, enjoyed spicy fresh salsa, and had a mezcal tasting. All for $49! Highly recommended!

⚜️ I just discovered the best deal on the Disney Wonder - early morning coffee and beignets special for $4.50! From 8am - 9am, the French Quarter Lounge offers this special that includes 2 beignets and a coffee (though they gave me 3 because I was chatty). lol And “coffee” includes all types of coffee drinks - mocha, latte, americano, espresso, etc… I wish I would have known about this sooner!

🚢 Sailing on a back-to-back (B2B) is a unique experience! We left the ship as the last guests to debark. They scan you off, walk you through passport control, check you back in for the next cruise, and then provide a waiting area until the ship is ready to go. We had to present our “Golden Tickets,” and then boarded the ship before everyone else!

✨We booked the same stateroom for both sailings so we didn’t have to pack anything up at all! We came back to our room, and it was clean and ready to go. Onward to sailing #2️⃣!

📿Eating at Tiana’s Place last night was a highlight of this sailing! The shrimp & grits appetizer stole the show, and Tiana was adorable! We just had to dress up in Mickey beignet ears!

The Manchester Grand Hyatt is a hotel that we can package with your Disney Cruise Line vacation out of San Diego! This location is fantastic. We are less than a mile from port, and there is so much shopping, dining, and entertainment RIGHT HERE. I should have planned a few extra nights. I already know that I need to get back to San Diego! 🚢 Now to board the Disney Wonder in just a few hours!! We got to watch her pull into port this morning from our room!!

My next adventure starts now! I love flying out of MSP Terminal 2 - less than 30 minutes from leaving the house to getting to the airport, checking a bag, getting through security, and getting my Starbucks order! (I mobile ordered before going through security, and Starbucks was STILL my longest wait!)

Can you ever have too many packing cubes? I went to pack for my Disney Cruise the other day, and realized that my oldest daughter had all of them….. on her school trip in France! Thank goodness for Amazon same-day shipping. These have worked great!

Do you rope drop Disney resort Early Entry or sleep in? The days when I rope drop are almost always my most productive park days. I love to get an early start and then take a mid-day break. The hard part is rallying to get back to the parks for the awesome evenings!
