We're thrilled to announce the release of NOTHING TO DECLARE, an album that showcases the lyrical beauty of Mikael Godée’s soprano saxophone, paired with the elegance of a string quartet. 🎻💫

Mikael Godée has long been a key figure in Nordic jazz, lending his talents to projects like Änglaspel, Corpo and Mikael Godée – Eve Beuvens Quartet.

On this new album, he presents a unique suite of compositions that have been brewing in his mind for quite some time, melding the expressive sounds of soprano sax and strings in a way that will captivate listeners from start to finish.

Swedish soprano Anna Jobrant is known for her dedication to early music. She is a member of Göteborg Baroque and Swedish Harmony of Voices, and she also performs as a solo artist in oratorios and Baroque operas. 🎻 🎤

The DĂĽben collection, dating back to around 1700, contains over 2,500 handwritten works, many of which are preserved nowhere else. Most of the pieces featured on this album have never been recorded before, making it a truly special release.

SONGS IN MEANTONE is a unique summit meeting between three incredible musicians from different musical traditions: bassist Anders Jormin, flautist Jonas Simonson, and organist Karin Nelson.

This collaboration blends folk music, jazz, and early music and was recorded on the extraordinary baroque organ at Örgryte nya kyrka in Göteborg.

AVIAJA is a musical meeting between two of Scandinavia’s most prominent jazz musicians: Anders Jormin and Severi Pyysalo. They work all over the world, and are spoken of with respect and admiration by a large audience as well as by critics and fellow musicians.

This is a collection of original compositions, along with a selection of their favorite songs by two of the greatest lyricists in music history: Silvio Rodríguez from Cuba and Vladimir Vysotsky from the former Soviet Union. 🌍🎤
