She was arrested for failing to appear in court for a speeding ticket, and when her fingerprints were put into the database, it connected her to a crime that occurred when she was only 13 — nearly eleven (11) years earlier.

Sean and Denise sit down to discuss another episode of the true crime show: Accused: Guilty or Innocent. The case involves Stephen Tripp, an individual in Florida accused of attempted murder due to an altercation with motorcyclists. Mr. Tripp claims that he was chased by the motorcyclist (despite being in a truck), and the motorcyclist claims that Mr. Tripp was driving erratically and almost hit one of the motorcyclist’s wives.
What we do know is that one of the motorcyclists is shot twice by Mr. Tripp and suffers some serious injuries. But, did Mr. Tripp shoot because out of road rage or was he standing his ground?
