Everyone should be serving in their roles with strict job responsibility, decency, accountability and integrity. Every penny that is generated is sacred and has to be utilized with utmost care, AGAIN, not like their D’ and M’s! There should always be a fear about the Management Board, which is the people of this great Nation. Concerning agendas have lost their importance. Farmers need to be encouraged to earn their own income, instead of making them look for free money. Likewise, every trade/caste/profession/person (whether general category or a backward category), needs to be made self-sustainable. They should not be given freebees. Basically the system needs to completely abolish Freebees and Vote Bank Politics. All of us must encourage meritocracy. If there are any hurdles for people to have equal opportunities, create an opportunity using the tax payers money. But do not distribute it, for a temporary cause of gaining votes! It will not go anywhere. Many of you’ve heard this theory, hundreds of times. The only solution, we feel is changing the system which is in the hands of the people. This whole ideology might seem silly to many of you, but we believe in this strongly! We are sowing the seeds of thoughts into younger generations and hope, that they will realise the importance of accountability, meritocracy, equal opportunities, service oriented politics, one day and this may help them. We will be calling a spade - a spade. Will never deviate from our ideals, because we are not seeing this as any business proposition. We simply want people to realise, if not today, tomorrow.
