Even if it’s little or seems insignificant cause it’s not an actual trip, go for a walk somewhere new, checkout a different beach, park or even drive around someplace that makes you happy… but get out of your routine. Especially if you work from home or remotely you want to take a little break from your weekly surroundings! You might not want to do it a first, but get up and go out, your mind will thank you! 😊
