I've always been fascinated by watching people to see if I can figure out what makes them tick. I even wrote a book about "winning a room" by paying more attention to body language and non-verbal cues (ONE SENSE AHEAD).
Here's my newest article for Brainz Magazine, discussing a topic that I find fascinating.
I first noticed it on late-night talk shows. I would sometimes lose track of what was being said because I was distracted by the celebrity guest's feet. Yes, feet! To me, they were like neon signs blaring out whether the guests were comfortable or nervous.
Then, I noticed it in a coffee shop and brought it back to how these same observations apply to business.
