K.G.F Chapter 2 plot - K.G.F Chapter 2 Story - kgf
Anand Ingalagi, author of the book El Dorado, suffers a stroke the night after detailing the events in Chapter 1. His son Vijayendra Ingalagi takes over for him with Chapter 2.
After killing Garuda, Rocky takes charge as the kingpin of the Kolar Gold Fields (KGF), much to the chagrin of Guru Pandian, Andrews and his aide Daya, Rajendra Desai and Kamal, who had expected to rule over KGF together. Rocky kills Virat, Garuda's brother and heir apparent to the KGF syndicate. Rocky also kills Kamal and takes Reena to KGF empire. However, he spares Vanaram, Garuda's trusted aide and the head of security at KGF. Although resentful at first, Vanaram joins Rocky and begins training children and young people to become the new guards of the territory.
Rocky discovers that there are several unexcavated gold mines in the fields and orders his men to start extraction, with the intention of discovering as much gold as possible in the shortest time. The CBI officer Kanneganti Raghavan and his team are in shock that how an outsider is ruling KGF and tries to figure out more answers. Some Central minsters are fed up by the KGF empire and want Ramika Sen to be in power and plan to vote for No confidence motion against the DYSS party head Guru Pandian. Meanwhile, Adheera, Suryavardhan's brother and Garuda and Virat's uncle who was presumed dead, is revealed to be alive and stakes his claim to the ownership of KGF, he kills all guards at the Outpost 1 of the KGF in order to make fear in the minds of the people living in KGF. Andrews kills Rajendra Desai in order to get rid of Rocky. John captures Reena as she tries to move away from KGF but Rocky saves her but as a part of the plan Adheera shoots Rocky as he was outside the KGF empire. He allows Rocky to survive so that the word is spread in KGF that the terrifying Adheera is here. Rocky recuperates but realises that no one is able to move out of KGF as Adheera’s men have surrounded the mines.
Meanwhile, Shetty, Rocky’s ex-boss in Bombay, has tied up with fellow gangsters across West and South India, and plans to act against Rocky. They also join forces with Inayat Khalil, the dreaded gold baron of Dubai. An injured Rocky with lots of gold visits to Dubai to fix a business deal of gold distribution with Inayat Khalil but Khalil denies it saying he has already been dealed with Shetty and formed various associates across the West and South area. In no time Rocky kills all the associates of Khalil with the help of his gang. The West and South area is again conquered by Rocky and Khalil is forced to deal with Rocky. Rocky buys tons of machine guns in exchange of that gold (he had bought with him earlier) from Inayat Khalil to teach Adheera a lesson. While Rocky's trucks are moving to Varca, one of the trucks is blasted by Adheera's henchmen who are waiting for the trucks. Rocky and his team with help of the machine guns kill large number of Adheera's henchmens, Adheera is shot in the process but Rocky spares his life the same way Adheera did and warns Adheera to stay out of his KGF empire. The No Confidence Motion against Guru Pandian fails as many ministers are held at gunpoint by Rocky's henchmen if they vote agianst Pandian.
Rocky comes back to KGF and makes further developments in his empire. Rocky goes to Bombay and kills Shetty due to his actions against him. Rocky ignores the warning given by Pandian about Ramika Sen as a result Ramika Sen wins the general elections and becomes the Prime Minister of India. At first Sen ignores Raghavan but when he explains her the matter of Rocky and his empire she becomes serious and orders to close all state borders and perform various raids at the warehouses of Rocky all over India by CBI officials headed by Raghavan. Young Anand Ingalagi is caught by Rocky's henchmen but Rocky leaves him and ask him to write what he is witnessing. The CBI raids a warehouse of Rocky but Rocky's men move the gold out before their arrival but leaving behind a 400 gram gold biscuit. CBI takes that gold biscuit to a police station. Rocky blasts down the whole police station with the help of a Soviet machine gun where the gold biscuit was kept and brings it back. Sen and the CBI gets aware of the situation. Sen orders to cancel the Burma deligation and orders the Indian military kills all the Burma rebels. Sen indirectly warns Rocky.
Rocky stops all the gold consignments and gold supply from the KGF and starts collecting it. As the situation tenses and Rocky is planning something big to stop him Andrews goes at Adheera's place and asks to kill Rocky, Adheera gives a death threat to Andrews if he does not find a secret place for entering KGF. Rocky asks the workers not to stop gold extraction but when he is questioned by Khasim he answered it saying about his promise he gave to his dying mother. Rocky and his team pull out his mother's grave and replace it to a new place. Rocky's team also finds Rocky's father who is a drunkard and did not cared for her mother and left her. Rocky makes his unaware father a caretaker of his mother's grave. Meanwhile Rocky and Reena get married to each other. Rocky goes to Sen's office and hands her a file which has all information regarding his illegal funds used for money laundering. Sen's party members ask her not to take that file because a part of these funds goes to more than 200 members of her party. Sen directly warns Rocky that she would sn**ch away the KGF empire from him. Rocky tells her that to catch a criminal you should be one step further than him and walks away. Sen thinks that if she has to defeat Rocky she should be one step further than him and should work outside the system and government.
Andrews finds the secret place named Mine number 3 which has not been used for 30 years. Adheera and his team uses this secret place and reach inside KGF. Adheera and his team including Andrews, Daya and John attack on Rocky's army in order to conquer KGF. Meanwhile Reena announces to Rocky that she is pregnant but she is shot to death by Adheera. A huge war ensures between Rocky's army and Adheera's henchmen. Rocky is badly injured by Adheera but soon overpowers him. Rocky's army is able to kill Adheera's henchmen including Andrews and Daya. Rocky kills John and in retaliation Rocky also chokes Adheera to death. Meanwhile Ramika Sen is giving her speech at the Parliament, Rocky and his team arrives at the parliament to kill Sen. But in a twist it is revealed that Rocky actually came to kill Guru Pandian who is the actual mastermind and shoots Pandian to death in front of Sen. It is revealed that Pandian was the one who attacked Garuda in Chapter 1 and also attacked Adheera in chapter 1 and also saved him. When Rocky ruled KGF, Pandian was the one who called Adheera and showed him the secret passage of Mine number 3. It is also revealed that Pandian is responsible for the downfall of his party at Delhi and forced Shetty to take help from Inayat Khalil.
Meanwhile Ramika Sen issues a death warrant against Rocky. KGF is evacuated and all the people move away from it as they were aware of the plans of Sen. When the Indian military visits Rocky's place he is not there. It is soon revealed that Rocky is there on a ship with all the gold of KGF along with him. Rocky is asked to stop the ship but he refuses. Soon Sen orders to blast the whole KGF empire along with Rocky's ship. Rocky dies along with all the gold. His promise to his mother was kept as when he died he was the richest man with majority of the gold present with him. The Indian government was not able to the gold under water. At the end Rocky took all the gold with him and died. Vijayendra Ingalagi concludes the story to an end. It is shown that Young Anand Ingalagi decides to write a book about Rocky and how he lived. In the mid credit scene it is shown that 3 months back some CIA offical from USA handed a file listing all the crimes done by Rocky in USA to Ramika Sen. It is also shown that Rocky's ship was not only chased by Indian military but also by American and Indonesian militaries. In the present it is shown that the peon at 24/7 news finds a final draft of a file named K.G.F: Chapter 3.
