One of the best drummers to come out of Oklahoma is Jamie Oldaker. In the '90s, when I lived in Tulsa, Oklahoma, I would go down the street to Jamo's, in the Brookside area, and watch the drummer for Eric Clapton, Peter Frampton, Bob Seger, and Leon Russell, play the drums in his club. On occasion, I would take a camera with me. Here is Jamie with his house band performing songs by Bonnie Raitt and Steve Winwood.

Looking forward to entering the final stages with director, Tate Wittenberg and crew, as one of the producers for the upcoming documentary film, Raisin' Cain: The History of Cain's Ballroom (covering the legendary Cain's Ballroom in Tulsa, OK). This is one amazing story told by owners, historians, and musicians who have played there over the past 95 years. Scheduled for release in 2021.

This fantastic documentary, produced by guitarist Stevie Salas, features a good 10-minute-long segment on Randy Castillo. Stevie was a good friend of Randy's, and did a wonderful job representing him, along with other Native Americans in this film. Catch it on PBS, Monday at 9pm. 👍
