What an amazing Elliott Smith tribute night at The Courtyard Theatre in London last Saturday! 🙌

Thanks so much to our wonderful co-hosts at the 'My Favourite Elliott Smith Song' podcast, and to everyone who joined us there!

We were treated to this impromptu finale featuring Preen, Calebo, Ben Gregory, and 150 audience members singing 'Say Yes' 😌

Suzie Aries: Kicking Cancer's Butt

“Stupid arsing disease – you can quote me on that”
~ Suzie Aries

Suzie is a talented actress/singer/dancer who was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2017 at the age of 25. After two years of ongoing treatment and surgery she recently started immunotherapy treatment which isn’t available on the NHS, and she requires funding to continue the treatment

At the One Last Song single launch event this Friday 15th November we’ll be giving half of the proceeds to Suzie’s GoFundMe page (https://www.gofundme.com/f/suzie-aries-immunotherapy-fund)

Immunotherapy is a fairly new treatment that’s been successful in treating various forms of cancer, including ovarian cancer. It’s available on the NHS for some forms of cancer but not yet for ovarian cancer whilst research continues

Immunotherapy treatment assists the immune system in specifically fighting cancer cells, and it has very manageable side-effects allowing for patients to continue a reasonably comfortable way of life around the treatment. Suzie is able to continue working whilst undergoing the treatment. She had wanted to come and sing at the event on the 15th but has another commitment for a musical she’s performing in

Tickets for the single launch will be £10 on the door, or can be purchased for £8.92 via this link: https://dan-caleb-live.eventbrite.co.uk

Hope to see you there!

~ Dan ~

This page tells the whole of Suzie's story from her cancer diagnosis in 2017 all the way to the present where she now has limited options left and is relying on generous people to help her raise £250,000 for her next cancer treatment - Immunotherapy!
