It’s been a crazy few months.

2 new businesses started
Living in Wales for 2 months
Bought a new van
Designed it with our builder. (Who is awesome)
Booked a month long trip to Spain for January.

So much going on.
We’ve got loads of videos to edit and get on to YouTube as soon as we have 5 minutes 🙂

Such an amazing stop over. We’ve been here for 3 days to get work done and hide from the rain.

Typically the day we decide to move on it starts getting warmer…. But… there’s now another yellow warning, so we are leaving Scotland and heading to Northumberland for Indi’s Birthday 🥳

I love how Indi is entertained by sticks and stones and playing outside. It’s her favourite place!

What do we eat living in a van full time?

At the moment we are trying to eat fruit most days before they start going out of season.

Add this to a little yoghurt or a slice of toast and we are starting the day like winners 💜

I am looking forward to the winter days though when we start having a lot more eggs and warm breakfasts.
