Hello Primitif Family, happy week to you all !

We continue the Spirit Stage line-up announcement with another artist joining the Primitif 2022 roster !

Rossamy Mohamed aka GoodTrip is born in 1988 in Casablanca, Morocco. At the age of 15 he started to be interested in electronic music until he discovered psychedelic trance music in 2005. For him it was the beginning of a great adventure !

In 2007 he attended his first psytrance party and, after 7 years of listening to psychedelic music, he decided to begin mixing with his friends.

In 2013, he played for the first time in a party and the nickname GOODTRIp was born.

In 2016 he joined the Morrocan label Dream Crew Records with which he had the opportunity to play alongside big names of the Psytrance scene such as Dark Whisper, Mark Day, Apollyon, Zorflux, Metaphyz, Driss Hadra, Necropsyco, Freq36, Mentalecho, Varazlo, Illustrator and many more...

In 2017, he joined Quantum Digits Records and started a brand new experience in the world of psychedelic music.

You will understand why people call him Good Trip when he will be mixing at the Main Stage, pure good vibes and psychedelic groove guaranteed !

Hello Primitif freaks !

Our next announcement is a main figure of the Moroccan psytrance scene. Owner and founder of the leading Moroccan label Dream Crew Records, AchilleSehne from Salé, MOROCCO 🇲🇦

Taha Eladel aka AchilleSehne is one of the founder of the Dream Crew. After organizing many parties in Morocco, he slowly started exporting himself to the international Psytrance world.

He has joined the Primitif crew since 2014 and helping in Primitif Festival to become international fest in 2017, now wears the hat of Primitif Ambassador. Wether it is to perform, to promote the Primitif Festival or just to party, he is always travelling the planet, attending all the psy-festivals that he can on his way.
Recently, he started producing his own brand of dark-forest with groovy effects and mental atmosphere.
He was performing in many parties and festivals around the world !

Her project Guedra Guedra, with an evocative name, since it means both a dance of nomadic women of the desert, but also a pot used both in the kitchen and as a percussion, shakes up by exploring the African identity through the wide range of electronic music. (house, techno, and even a hint of drum'n'bass). While on paper this could translate into an unbearable hubbub, Hassak accurately and jubilantly piles up the layers of sound. With as material, his machines of course, but above all a rich catalog of samples drawn from cleverly found African archives, or even sounds that he recorded himself, for example in the streets of Casablanca, his city. Because one of the wishes of the producer, who is also a sound designer, is to link the musical history of the Maghreb with that of sub-Saharan Africa. It was a success and we appreciate getting lost in the thousand twists and turns of his first album Vexillology where each listening brings to the surface a strange detail, an unprecedented piece of an endless puzzle, shedding new light on a singular and powerful work. Amïra Saqati was founded by members of the successful Moroccan underground trance band "Aisha Kandisha’s Jarring Effects". The group blends Moroccan and North-African music traditions (Raï, Gnawa, Berber music, Jeel) with western dance and ambient sounds. Synthesizers and samplers sit alongside violins, mandolin, flute, rai-type vocals, and some electronic rhythms. After their first release "Agdal Reptiles on Majoun", a new album by Cheb Youssef and Pat Jabbar is now available: "al bharr" (´the Sea´) is dedicated to the sea and its endless and mysterious powers.

Growing up in Morocco, surrounded by sounds of the country’s Arabic, Amazigh, and Sub-Saharan African origins, Hatim Belyamani (aka HAT ) was an award-winning classical pianist and guitarist before finding his voice in electronic music. In 2012, inspired to celebrate his roots, Hatim founded Remix ←→ Culture, a non-profit organization that bridges cultural divides through the transformative power of music, film, and remix. Hatim and his team traverse the globe, capturing the sights and sounds of underrepresented musical traditions, which they share for free online under a Creative Commons license. HAT’s performances are a live remixing of these videos, seamlessly blending the traditional with the experimental – acoustic trance with electronic dance – connecting his audiences to distant cultures in a unique audio-visual journey.
