The SINAG PATAG YOUTH ORGANIZATION conducted ZUMBA in barangay Patag with the tittle of; ZUMBA PATAG ORGANIZATION with the theme; “HEALTHY COMMUNITY WITH THE GREAT PURPOSE” headed by SPYO & TYC President Mr. CHRISTIAN S. DIAMANTE in partnership with the SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN BARANGAY PATAG headed by SK Chairperson/Chief of Board Director Ms. BABY JEAN CAMALLA.

To all participants who participate this event thank you very much specially to the group of IBID ZUMBA LOVERS and HALHALICIOUS group. To Ms. ZIN ELL thank you for your time to come here at barangay Patag for leading me us in ZUMBA DANCE. SINAG officers who manages this event as your President l congratulate you all to 👏 our first activity that succeeded.

The SINAG PATAG YOUTH ORGANIZATION headed by President Christian S. Diamante with the partnership of SK Council Headed by Sk Chairperson/ Chief of Director of SINAG Patag Youth Organization (SPYO) Ms. Baby Jean Camalla and Tinaan Youths Council conducted a first ever Zumba in our barangay Patag with the tittle: ZUMBA PATAG ORGANIZATION with the theme: “HEALTHY COMMUNITY WITH THE GREAT PURPOSE” as part of activity of SINAG PATAG YOUTH OFFICERS.

IT'S MORE FUN IN ZUMBA DANCE🌿❣️
◾The more you enjoy your exercise routine, the more likely you are to stick with it. Many people say they have so much fun dancing that they forget they are actually exercising. This Zumba bring to us to be fit and healthy and every time you exercise, you release endorphins, which trigger positive feelings throughout the body. Turning your attention to dance, and away from the daily grind, is a great way to relieve stress. Studies show that exercise is very effective at reducing fatigue, improving alertness and concentration, and enhancing overall cognitive function.

◾EVERYONE IS INVITED TO COME AND LET US ZUMBA TOGETHER WITH THE TEAM HALHALICIOUS and IBID ZUMBA LOVERS.
