Re-watching X-Men: Evolution (for the 100th time in 2 weeks) and it had me really evaluate Rogue and Gambit’s relationship (internet rabbit hole looking up comics b/c there really wasn’t anything but creepy stalking in the cartoon). They are absolute garbage together. Their relationship is so dysfunctional even telapaths couldn’t help them sort it out.
