This was supposed to be my first car!

Back when I was planning to buy my first car, I always thought of going for my dream car, a white Honda Jazz 2012. However, the Jazz is quite rare on the 2nd hand market and a bit more for my budget. So I settled for the next best thing on my list, the 2016 Swift. Compact, practical for a daily driver, can somehow play with big boys with its 1.2L engine, and, it's within the budget!

As much as how charming the 2016 Swift is, it isn't built for my size. Maybe someday, I could build my own version of the Swift. Maybe.

Also, I kinda dig the tires on this one :)

On another note, we did great on the Geely Hotwheels reveal. Can we do a 50 post likes for this Swfit Hotwheels version? Hmm...

Geely Emgrand by John Jacob Ramos Jimenea. A build with that 90's Fast and the Furious vibe. Who would have thought that a Chinese car could have JDM potential :)

I know, I know, it's a bad shot and was just supposed to trash this but since it's the only one I had from a Porsche GT3 RS, I would just have to post this as it would be another lifetime to have this opportunity. After all, it's a 12-Million-Peso car.

I don't know much about Ferraris but I have to admit, this is a looker.

I took a 360 inspection as this is the closest I have been to this caliber of craftsmanship and I can't help but appreciate that these are handmade parts. The detail in the lines, the machining of the engine, and even the stitches on the seats - it's immaculate.

I have always been a fan of scale models since I was a kid and fascinated by how detailed they can make toys - that in the 90's. I couldn't afford to buy those when I was a kid so I taught myself to make them by drawing them through photographs or sculpting them with styros.

Today, as a self-taught graphic designer, I thought that maybe, with the current tech that is available, I could upgrade those drawings and make real-life cars into toys with a little photo magic starting with my own car :)

There is nothing more beautiful than a fender on the lip!

Air suspensions have had a lot of bad rep over the years but you can never deny that this is just fire! You can go as low as the ground while not worrying about bumps. I'm looking at you Villa Angela.

Spotted this Mustang 5.0 on a Shelby body at The Cold Room - Bacolod today. This isn’t the first time seeing awesome cars here.

My friend and I were just passing the time when this guy recognized us from the diner a few weeks ago and pulled up.

He parked with us, stepped out of his car, and chatted.

Before the day ended, he invited us to take a ride in his car and without saying anything, stepped on the gas and fully sent it! The torque and acceleration from this STI took all my words away as I was just holding on for dear life -- it was just in 3rd gear.

It was the most powerful car I have ever had the chance to ride.

What a monstrous machine from an amazing guy.

The owner - LITERALLY - just handed me the keys to this Subaru STI!

During dinner with friends, I had to step out to check this blue Subaru from out the window.

I chatted with the owner about his car in a dark corner while he was playing on his console and to my surprise, he handed me the keys and told me, "Why don't you try and give it a spin?"

He literally just handed me over the blue keys to an STI like I was a friend he knew back in highschool! Crazy!

I thought about it but I couldn't do that to an art piece.

Plus, I can't drive stick, so...
