Welcome to Odyssey Collective

This is a representation of and collaborations over the years. An experiment of what true collaboration could be. A way for us to push each other and build more meaningful projects together.

In the past, we had nothing to show that felt true to what we envisioned how we should be shown to the world. But after years of working, learning, and growing, we finally have something that does. Not a reel but an idea of who we are.

We named it Odyssey Collective because it represents the journey that has brought us together as creators and the steps we’ll continue to make on this everlasting exploration.

Created this for Halloween last year! 🎃

I would say this is definitely my best self portrait 😂 In all seriousness though. This cinemagraph came out far better than I was expecting. Let me know if you think I should make more.

Halloween is one of my favourite days of the year. I have too many funny stories with my high school friends about this day of the year. None of which are appropriate to share. Or at least not for the time being 😂

A hyperlapse of the Newport Bridge, Middlesbrough. I remember shooting this last year on a cold winters morning. Woke up at 5 am with the crazy idea of making my first hyperlapse. I think it turned out ok 😂

It was so difficult to keep the bridge in the centre of the frame. It didn’t go so well on my second & third attempt but My first was surprisingly the best. Over 200 Images were used to make up this short little GIF. So much effort for 3 seconds worth of video. That’s life as a creative for you.

One thing I do miss about Middlesbrough is its bridges. Especially with this one being so close to my old flat. It made shooting interesting B-Roll a lot easier. Now I can see planes from bedroom though. So I can’t complain.
