Yesterday, I decided to tackle the treadmill.
It’s all about pushing boundaries and discovering what I’m capable of. Sure, it’s a bit intimidating, but every mile I finish feels pretty great!
Running solo might seem daunting, but it’s where I find my own rhythm. I take time to read a chapter of my book while walking as a warm up.
