My first ever 8 mile run/jog and we took it steady. It wasn't too bad but my knees didn't like it. It felt like I was carrying 20 fat rabbits down over them dales again 😆 Great effort lads and .

Been going gym for 13 weeks now and thought I would take a look at my first gym photo. I'm happy with the progress I have made.

Hiking the yorkshire three peaks with and . It was a proper laugh the way round. Encouraging each other to go faster and then slowing it down when it started to hurt. Work well as team to make sure it was a fun experience. We managed to complete the challenge in 7hours 30mins and walking 25miles in total. It was easier than I thought it would be but challenging at times when pushed our selfs. Loved every min and can't wait to do the next one. Nice one lads for a great day.

A lovely weekend away in Filey with my sister and our kids.

A brilliant over night camp with a workmate and his mate. So our destination was Grindslow Knoll in Edale. It was only a short route but a steep one. It was very challenging in the heat with the rucksacks but we pushed to the top as much we could and took about 6 breaks along the way. I haven't laughed so much in ages which makes hiking even harder. My mates boots fell off his feet within the first hour so we had to walk back to the van and do it all again. We were expected 80% risk of rain in the morning and woke up to Abit of a shower. But was all it was and after a really quick hike we were back at the van and heading home. I'm looking forward to bigger and badder hikes and camping.

Abit of magnet fishing with the kids and sister this weekend. The kids loved it. I managed to get the magnet stuck on something and it took some pulling to release it. Found a few coins and nails which have gone in the kids treasure chests. 👌
