The teacher should be encouraging not discouraging. The relationship between a teacher and a student is like parent child relation. But in today's time a teacher is a teacher only if he is earning money from student and these always disrespect the student who can't pay fee. And if the teacher is wrong sometimes he didn't try work on the problem and learn from a student even if the student is right the teacher doesn't give him any credit. Today's teachers think that it is a shame to learn from a student but they don't know that a teacher is the best teacher if he applauds for even a tiny right thing said or done by the student. So, if a person is studying from a teacher who don't know his student's weakness and doesn't try to make those weakness strength he is not a teacher in my eyes. It is better for the student to die instead studying from a teacher who is not worth to be called a teacher.
