Emzor pharmaceutical founder, Dame Stella Okoli, invited the legendary and evergreen musician, Onyeka Onwenu, to perform at her 80th birthday celebration.

The celebration took place at Stella Okoli's Ikoyi palatial home.

The elegant stallion Onwenu was present at the celebration, and after giving her best performance for the invited birthday guests, as she always does, she collapsed immediately.

They rushed her to the Reddigton hospital on Victoria Island, Lagos, unconscious and in a coma. Unfortunately, her condition did not improve before they pronounced her dead.

She was 72.

This year has been a nightmare, and it has taken a toll.

Onyeka Onwenu has a special place in my generation's hearts, as we grew up listening to her heartwarming music.

She made our childhood special and beautiful, and the fond memories of her music are ones we would forever live with, some of her evergreen music are playing on my head as I’m typing this.

As we grieve and mourn her passing, we find solace in the fact that she bowed out, engaging in the very craft she adores and which fundamentally transformed her life.

May her soul rest in peace.

They have started growing feathers..and this helps to cover them from cold.
Thank God for the hot weather. It's helping to protect them from cold.

Welcome to our page on Easythingsfarm. We just started brooding our old layers. And we will be taking you through the stages of their growth.
We will be dishing out helpful knowledge about poultry farming. And we hope this helps someone out there.
In about four to five months time, we hope to be getting massive daily eggs from our layers.

And I had a conversation with an elderly woman in my church on Sunday. I asked if she voted on Saturday and she excitedly said yes. According to her words, 'if I don't vote for Obi, who else will I vote for'.
She went further to ask me, " is it not the one they draw a family, at the end part of the ballot paper?

How can INEC take more than 18 Months to plan an election, and end up not arranging for atleast five Army and police officers compulsorily present at each polling unit with their Vans.
