Been thinking about grief a lot lately..
March sure has been a trigger month (seems like it was the beginning of the end for our Dad).
We had such a support system and outpouring of love during the months leading up to his passing last June. It was the little things that always meant the most to us ❤️
We built this podcast to help us process and travel our journey through grief, but you know what has been most helpful? Your continued support!
So our question to you...what has been helpful or comforting after your loss?

Please share what, if anything, was okay or comforting to hear after your loss. Or was it something someone did that felt caring?

You can also share what you say to a new griever now that you have been there and know what isn’t helpful to hear. Or something you do for a griever.

We started this podcast five months after the passing of our father. We needed an outlet to discuss grief, stories and provide ourselves and others some 'Coping humor'.
This podcast maybe therapy for us, but we want it to be therapeutic for you as well...
