Bonner is a native Memphian. She lived in St. Louis while attending her college alma mater, Washington University. She and her husband, Worth, married mid-pandemic and share a passion for our city.
At home, Bonner and Worth have a rambunctious Jack Russell Terrier, Leo. Bonner loves conquering the latest New York Times crossword puzzle, talking Worth into playing yet another board game, and baking. Homemade bread is a close second, but her undeniable specialty is cheesecake.

“What began as a summer job during Carter Wolfe’s college years has evolved into a career dedicated to the art of woodworking. With the support of family and years of trial-and-error experience, Carter launched WolfePack in 2019. His wife, Liz, is a pharmacist but also speaks the language of wood because her grandfather is a long-time woodworking hobbyist. Liz’s parents gave Carter a set of antique tools that belonged to her grandparents and a few other key pieces of equipment. This humble start led Carter and the business to its present home, a warehouse-workshop on Cumberland Street in Midtown.”

Egg Bites
The ease and bite size of these egg bites makes them perfect for meal prepping and hosting! Customize by swapping the spinach and tomatoes for cooked broccoli and ham. Or forgo veggies entirely for those picky eaters in your life - the options are endless!
Ingredients
8 eggs - Try using 12 egg whites for a lighter option!
1 cup cheddar cheese or cheese of your choice
⅓ cup whole milk
¼ teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
½ cup finely chopped spinach
⅔ cup diced tomatoes
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Lightly grease/spray muffin pan - 12 muffin cups
Whisk the eggs with the cheese, milk, salt and pepper
Add vegetables and combine
Pour about ¼ cup of the egg mixture into the muffin pan
Bake for 15-18 minutes until they are puffed and golden
Over Medium Tortilla Egg Bake
This egg recipe is easy to make and even easier to eat. Adjust your pan size and add another tortilla to double this recipe. This is a filling, gluten-free breakfast option.
Serve with optional toppings such as diced avocado, green onions and salsa for even more flavor.
Ingredients
1 grain-free tortilla - large
3 - 4 eggs
Sliced peppers
Diced Cherry Tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
Onion Salt
Directions
Press your tortilla into a lightly greased 9-inch round cake pan.
Crack your eggs on top of the tortilla
Add veggies, salt, pepper and onion salt
Bake in the oven at 350 for 10-15 minutes
Be sure to let it cool before slicing! Enjoy!

Bibimbap Recipe Below! 🍳 This savory recipe is graciously shared with us by River City’s Michael Varner. Michael welcomes us into his kitchen as he concocts one of his favorite go-to meals which is incidentally also a very healthy and delicious choice! Bibimbap Ingredients ½ English cucumber, thinly sliced ½ teaspoon rice vinegar 1¼ teaspoons sesame oil, divided 1 cup fresh mung bean sprouts 2 servings thin shaved beef, cubed chicken or shrimp, cooked in pan with sesame oil and 3 cloves garlic 1 cup shredded carrots 4 cups baby spinach Any other vegetables you may have around! 2 cups cooked short-grain white or brown rice 2 fried eggs, cooked in a little sesame oil Sesame seeds Sea salt Kimchi, optional, for serving Chopped scallions, optional, for serving Instructions In a bowl, toss the cucumber slices with ½ teaspoon rice vinegar, ¼ teaspoon sesame oil and a pinch of salt. Set aside. Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Drop in the bean sprouts and cook for 1 minute. Drain and set aside. Heat ½ teaspoon sesame oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the carrots and a pinch of salt or a splash of soy sauce. Cook, stirring for 1 to 2 minutes until a little bit soft, and then remove from the pan and set aside. Heat ½ teaspoon more sesame oil in the skillet and add the spinach and tamari. Cook, tossing, for 30 seconds or until just wilted. Remove from the skillet and gently squeeze out any excess water from the spinach. Assemble the bowls with the rice, cucumber slices, bean sprouts, carrots, proteins and spinach. Top with a fried egg. Add the mushrooms, if using. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and drizzle generously with the gochujang sauce. Serve with kimchi and scallions, if desired, and the remaining gochujang sauce on the side.
