EASY CAKE

INGREDIENTS :

2 Cups all-purpose flour
4 Eggs
1 sticks of butter
1 Tsp Vanilla extract
1.5 cups Sugar
2 Tsp Baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup of Water

INSTRUCTIONS :

Grease your baking Pan with some Butter and dust it with some flour then set it aside Mix the flour, Baking powder and nutmeg in a bowl and set aside as well.
Add 4 sticks of Butter (At room temperature) together with the sugar in the mixing bowl and cream it together until it’s smooth fluffy and creamy.
Add the eggs one at a time mixing the Egg into the cream after each addition. Mix in the Vanilla as well. Start alternating the addition of flour and milk until it’s well combined.
Pour the batter inside the baking pan and bake at 350°C for 45- 50 minutes or till it’s golden and caramelized on the edges or when a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.

OLD CLASSIC FASHIONED GOULASH 😋😋
Ingredients
1 pound elbow macaroni
2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
2 (14.5 oz) cans petit diced tomatoes
1 1/2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Cook macaroni for 3 minutes less than the box directions, then drain.
Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add ground beef and onions to the pan. Break beef apart, cooking for 6-7 minutes until browned. Drain any fat.
Mix in garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add in Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes. Mix until combined.
Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust the seasonings.
Mix in cooked macaroni and cheddar cheese. If your skillet is heat-safe, you can place in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the goulash is bubbly and the cheese is melted. If the skillet is not heat-safe, transfer the goulash to a casserole dish and bake.

Crock Pot Creamy Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken

Ingredients

6-8 boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs (I advise not using breasts or thighs with skin. I made this with the skin on the first time and the skins were awful – very soggy & rubbery!)

1/3 cup low sodium chicken broth

2 teaspoons chicken bouillon

Juice of one lemon

Zest of half a lemon – slice the other half and reserve

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon crushed red chili pepper flakes, or Cayenne

1/2 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

2/3 teaspoon pepper

4 garlic cloves, sliced or minced

1/2 stick butter, diced

OPTIONAL: About 8 oz fresh mushrooms – sliced

Cream Sauce

1 cup Heavy Cream (or half and half)

1 Tbsp Corn Starch

Chopped fresh parsley and lemon slices, for garnish

Directions

1. Place chicken breasts or thighs at the bottom of your slow cooker. Combine 1/3 cup chicken broth, bouillon, lemon juice, and zest, optional mushrooms and pour over chicken.

2. In a small bowl, combine Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, crushed red chili pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the spice mix over the chicken. Top with fresh minced garlic and diced butter.

3. Cover the crockpot and cook for 3-4 hours on HIGH or 6-8 hours on LOW.

4. In the last hour, remove the chicken breasts and set on a plate. Whisk in the cream sauce and make sure everything is well combined. Return chicken to the crock pot, cover and cook an additional hour.

5. Check seasoning and adjust salt and pepper.

6. Sprinkle the crock pot chicken with chopped parsley and garnish with lemon slices.

7. Serve with rice, any type of pasta, or mashed potatoes.

As a personal note - this over cooked spinich linguine is just AWESOME and the color combination is most impressive.!!!

Stack a piece of Keto bread on the bottom, next slather Mayo, then Roast Beef, another piece of bread with Mayo on each side (I used Dohjoy bread) lettuce, ham, and another piece of bread. STEAK FAJITAS
Ingredients:

1 pound flank steak, sliced into thin strips
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Flour tortillas
Toppings (optional): shredded cheese, guacamole, sour cream, salsa
Instructions:

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced steak to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet, along with the sliced bell peppers and onions. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are softened and slightly charred.

Add the minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet, and stir to combine with the vegetables. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the spices are fragrant.

Add the cooked steak back to the skillet with the vegetables, and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the steak is heated through.

Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or in a separate skillet.

Serve the steak and vegetable mixture on the warm tortillas, and top with shredded cheese, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, or any other desired toppings. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 pounds beef chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups beef broth
1 cup red wine
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried thyme
4 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
4 celery stalks, cut into chunks
2 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
Instructions:
Season the beef cubes with salt and pepper, then toss them in flour until they are lightly coated.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the beef to the pot and cook until browned on all sides, about 8 minutes. Remove the beef from the pot and set it aside.

Add the diced onion to the pot and sauté until it's softened, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.

Pour in the beef broth and red wine, and stir in the tomato paste and dried thyme. Add the browned beef back to the pot and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let the stew simmer for 1 hour.

Add the carrots, celery, and potatoes to the pot and stir to combine. Cover the pot again and continue simmering for another hour, or until the vegetables and beef are tender.

Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 large green pepper, thinly sliced
1⁄2 pound of fresh shaved steak
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1⁄2 teaspoon of ground garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 – 12 pack of sweet bread buns
6 slices of provolone cheese
1 tablespoon of melted butter
1 teaspoon of dried thyme (not ground)
1⁄2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large pan, heat oil and add in onions and green peppers. Cook over medium high heat, stirring occasionally until peppers and onions have softened.
Next, add shaved steak, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Cook steak, breaking it apart with two forks to prevent steak from clumping. Cook until the steak is no longer red. Set pan to the side.
Slice sweet rolls in half horizontally, while keeping the 12 pack of buns intact. Place onto a baking sheet. Spread steak mixture over the bottom half of the buns, evenly. Top with cheese slices and the top half of the buns.
In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, dried thyme, and Worcestershire sauce together. Brush butter mixture generously over the top of the buns.
Place sliders in the oven and bake for 17-20 minutes or until the top of the buns are golden and the cheese has melted. Serve and enjoy! ❤️

Keto Big Macs at home. I took some 80/20 hamburger and made some Smash Burgers on the griddle. I took American cheese and melted on top. I added rehydrated onions (look at the Reels to see how to do this), 1000 Island dressing and pickles. I didn’t have any lettuce, but I really didn’t need any. These were amazing.

Pro tip: Dehydrated onions, rehydrated in a couple teaspoons of water, is the secret to that classic McDonald’s flavor.

1 glass of sunflower oil (not full)
1 glass of milk

300g flour

2 sachets royal yeast

Preparation:
1. Beat the eggs, sugar, lemon, milk, oil and yeast flour with the whisk.

The BEST Homemade Crunch Bars

No Bake homemace crunch bars using just one bowl, 5 ingredients and less than 2 minutes! This quick and easy snack or dessert is naturally gluten free, vegan, dairy free and can be made sugar free!

Equipment
Mixing bowl
Spatula
Peanut Butter
Keto Maple Syrup
Paleo Vegan Chocolate Chips

Ingredients
3 cups crispy rice cereal
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter can substitute any nut or seed butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil can sub for grass fed butter

Instructions
Line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish or deep baking tray of choice with parchment paper and set aside.
Add crispy rice cereal into a large mixing bowl and set aside. In a microwave safe bowl or stovetop, combine all your other ingredients and heat until melted. Remove from microwave/off stove and whisk until completely incorporated.
Pour the chocolate/peanut butter mixture over the crispy rice cereal and mix until combined. Pour into the lined baking dish and refrigerate until firm (at least an hour).
Remove and cut into bars.

Notes
TO STORE: Crunch bars can be stored at room temperature, in a sealable container. They will keep fresh for up to 2 weeks.
TO FREEZE: Wrap individual bars in parchment paper and place them in ziplock bags. They will freeze well for up to 6 months.

MOIST ITALIAN CAKE 😋

🔸Ingredients🔸
For the mass:
5 eggs
3 spoonfuls of sugar
100 ml whole milk
8 g yeast (or 100 g sourdough)
300 g flour
100g butter
1 pinch of salt
For the syrup:
1 liter of water
380 g sugar
280 ml of rum

🔸Preparation🔸
1. Mix eggs, sugar, milk and yeast in a food processor.
2. Add the flour and continue mixing.
3. Cut the butter (at room temperature) into pieces and add one piece at a time to the dough. When it is completely absorbed, add a pinch of salt.
4. Pour the dough onto a smooth surface and knead with buttered hands, then fold the dough.
5. Move the dough into a buttered pan, then cover with saran wrap or a damp cloth.
6. Let it rest until it doubles in size.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
8. When it is cold, moisten it with the syrup.
