For cooking we are using tons of litres of cooking gas. Instead if we use its substitute like gobar gas then it would be great for our environment and good for our pockets too. How if we connect toilets of each and every citizen of India and use that human excreta in gobar gas plant. 125 crores of people are living in India, from which some are not having toilets in their house. So take it as 100 Crores who are able to connect GG plant with their houses. We can add hospitals, Schools, jail, some system for animal excreta etc for accumulating more excreta . If this can be successful then demand for cooking gas will fall resulting in slashing its rates upto 50-70% . Plus tonnes of waste will not get stuck in gutter or will not pollute water, land, air etc.

NAVSARI- a small place in Gujarat State.....is known for an event which is called "Bohmanya Nu Parab" (Ghee Khichdi)....Boys go from.one house to another asking for uncooked rice, Dal, oil, ghee and also other uncooked products....the ladies pour onto them generous c***k of it in their bags, they also splash on them water from which the boys collecting these ingredients have to dodge it carefully......Later this uncooked food is gathered at one place, and the uncooked food is made into yummy food....each street hears the echo of the wonderful words which goes like this....
GHEEE KHICHRI NO PAISO
DORIYAA NO RUPIYO
VARSAADJI TOH AAYEGA
DUMRI SHER LAAYEGA
DUMRI TAARI OAT MAA
KHARA PAANI PET MAA
OTTI KE POTTI
CHALLI CHOTTI
REL AAVI MOTTI
AHURA GOKAL PAANI MOKAL
VARSAADJI NU PAANI TOH MITTHU NE MITTHU.

This ritual goes with full on enthusiasm only and only in Navsari....BOHMAN mah and Bohman Roj which falls tomorrow.
In today's jet age where customs and traditions are almost gone....Navsari is the place which has kept this ritual alive.....The ritual is supposed to be dedicated to Rain Gods & Also where we Parsees would not eat Non veg for next 30 days.
Now this is what I call Navsari Dharam ni Tekri....
Come on boys keep this ritual alive and keep going....
