We started talking about our sail plans for the following season and realized kinda what we already know about ourselves. We 100% blow in the wind. We don't make definite plans. We have a vague idea of what we want to do and where we want to go, but we’re never set in stone about how to get there. We listen to people's stories, their advice and direction, and create our journey around it. No one way is the right way and sometimes you have a rogue pigeon by your side.

Almost 5000 Nautical Miles later! If you look up.. way up! You'll see Miss T at the tip top if the mast removing our wind instrument that has never worked. This tough cookie will be heading back up to reinstall the new one soon and we will finally see what speed and direction the wind is going. It's gonna be so cool!!! ⛵️

Wow what an epic experience this morning for the start of the carnival. The J'Ouvert was a truly amazing experience for all of us!

We had a chance to stay in this amazing location a couple weeks back. (We are the sailboat just at the edge of the bright blue bay). The snorkeling was unreal and we can't wait to share it with you in an upcoming episode of our travels.

At one point we both looked around us and counted 12 Green sea turtles all swimming care free and Content to share their space with us. We are so in love with this life ❤️ and we are so greatful to have the support and opportunity to live it.

Hands down the prettiest sunset we have ever seen. That is a major statement after the number of ocean sunsets we have seen this past year. WOW!

It's the start of the rainy season, humidity is climbing, rain on and off through the day and night but some huge positives. 1) The boat is so clean ans salt free! 2) We have beautiful rainbows 🌈 to wake up too!

We were interviewed the other day from a reporter from back where we used to live on land. It's amazing how we can still connect at sea. It was a neat experience!

A very gloomy day here on Honu. The rain is pounding, and the lightning seems to be circling right over head. Good news is the bird p**p is getting washed off the deck, and all our leaks seem to be fixed (knock on wood)

Our solar panels have finally arrived, and it looks like we might be changing our view on Saturday. So a down day of editing and planning isn't the worst thing.

We have been told this tag line over and over again and boy did it hold true on this trip. Before we started out on this adventure, we have many stops planned. There was provisioning to do, storage items to pick-up and last-minute good-byes to do. Unfortunately, 🌬 mother nature has her own plan…

From the word go we have been chased by storms, wind and aggressive water and the best part is we had a beautiful 🌞 weather window to cast off into and this 56 Lagoon catamaran handled it like a champ. Poor Honu would have one heck of a rodeo. Thank goodness we are equipped with state-of-the-art electronics including 📡 Starlink. What a difference it made to be able to check Windy and PredictWind throughout the voyage 🧭

However, sleepless nights and bucking boat all melt away in the light of day. A warm sunny day and dolphins 🐬 can make you euphoric like that perfect golf swing.
