One holiday tradition I miss doing with my daughter who’s now a teenager is making handmade Christmas ornaments. Keeping Kids Safe in School on GMA.
Most South Atlanta schools have returned or will return tomorrow and keeping our kids safe is our top concern.
Many of us are on edge, after hearing about the hundreds of students that are currently quarantining after 3-5 days of being back at school. Those of us that have received a letter from our child’s school are very anxious hoping that our child does not end up with Covid, especially the new Delta variant.
Being that our kids spend 6+ hours of their day at school and the air quality in many of our schools are not up to par, we have done the research and found a solution that has already rolled out in some of our nation's largest school systems including New York City.
Maintaining safe and healthy learning environments for our students, throughout our communities is a priority. The investment not only helps educators and students feel more comfortable but it also provides an added layer of protection against whatever virus that is thrown at us next. The solutions are available to both our public and private schools yet some schools are not taking action and it is our students who suffer. This is not a money issue - The Cares Act/Esser Funds are available!
