One week after this video was taken, my world crashed. I had a mental breakdown—my second burnout in a year—and I almost didn’t make it. I spent a week in the hospital, slowly finding my way back. And while I’m still healing, I’ve learned some powerful truths:

✨ I am loved more than I ever realized.
✨ I deserve to live, even in my imperfections.
✨ Life is beautifully imperfect.
✨ I must forgive myself, even when others don’t.
✨ It’s okay not to be okay.
✨ Rest is necessary, not a luxury.
✨ Saying “no” is an act of self-care.
✨ Loving myself is not selfish—it’s survival.
