Day 4 of Insanity: The power video really kicked my butt. It’s also showed me what I can do when I push myself.

Day 3 of Insanity: I didn’t like how my body preformed on day 2 so I redid the workout. I did a lot better the 2nd time around. Keep in mind the only bad workout is the one you didn’t do.

Day 1 of Insanity workout: I was not happy with my Fit test numbers, and I look forward to see them increase.
Minor soreness in my quads

Day 2 of Insanity Workout: The 1st real insanity workout I like how stretching and warm ups are built in to workout. I was sweating in no time.
