If I have learned one thing this year it’s to try and go with the flow more. To be patient. To live in the moment or moments per say. To live life and just let the good things flow. Surround yourself with positivity and positive things happen. If you surround yourself with negativity then negative things happen. You only have one life and YOU decide the outcome! StepBet is a fitness game that motivates you to be more active. Players “bet” on themselves to meet their personalized step goals during every week of the game. The accountability and community support help you build a more active lifestyle.

If you hit your personalized step goals for the entire game, you split the pot with the other winners. That means not only did you spend five weeks building new healthy habits, you also get your bet back plus a small profit.

StepBet currently supports the following activity trackers:

* Garmin Trackers
* iPhone Apple Health via phone
* iPhone Apple Watch
* iPhone Fitbit
* Android Fitbit

During each week of your game, you must hit 4 Active and 2 Power days each week. Miss your weekly goal, and you're out of the running to win. If you have exceeded 2 Power Days for the week, any additional Power Days will count toward your Active Days.

Mosquitos while camping?
The best part of deterring bugs is Folgers in your cup. I know it's the time of year that everyone is outside late and everyone uses a ton of bug spray and chemicals... but if you want a simple way to keep mosquitoes away without all the sticky sprays and chemicals simply get you some ground coffee in a heat safe bowl and light it like you would a candle until you get a steady stream of smoke.
It doesn't smell awful and will keep mosquitoes away from a good size area . Mosquitoes hate coffee (Google it if you don't believe me 🥴) and burning it keeps them far away... You're welcome ❤️
