I’ve been on solo walkabout all week, camping on the Sunshine Coast..
The other morning, I woke to a lone white Swan that flew in to the lake. How unusual it was to see a swan in the middle of Winter. Swan Medicine: Source/Spirit, trusting your intuition, going with the flow, releasing resistance, beauty and grace.
I sat and watched the Swan for hours, she swam around and watched me. Just two lone beauties, following the flow and being in the moment.
What a beautiful message from spirit.. I will share more in Mondays episode, I’ve had so many messages all week and can’t wait to share them with you.

Winter is sooo cold and long, there’s nothing better than getting out and about, heading down the mountain to where there’s no snow!
It’s important to refresh your energy & energetic frequencies when you have been feeling stuck or stagnant.
Sometimes when we are ‘in’ a low energy for so long it can leave us feeling ‘trapped’ or stagnant. Acknowledge these feelings, identify your limiting beliefs attached to your feelings and thoughts then shift the energy!

You release your resistance by letting go of your need to control, by letting go of feeding into lower vibrational thoughts and feelings, by letting go of@trying to force outcomes..
Energy flows via the path of least resistance.

Heads up, it’s going to require you to learn to trust yourself and simply acknowledge the doubts of your ego mind! The only way to learnt to remove this resistance, let go of your doubting, is to practice, practice, practice!!
We are learning to tune in, listen more, think more, act more from our Higher Selves and NOT the fear based thoughts of our Ego mind.

This is the main thing to focus on right now, becoming conscious of how much we are feeding into fear based feelings, thinking, reactions, actions, conversations etc.
No matter what position/opinion/stance you have taken, and no matter how convinced you are that you are ‘right’.
Checking in with yourself on the level of fear you have does not mean that you can’t speak your truth, it does not mean you cannot continue to implement and make change. It is a way of neutralizing the amount of energy you are contributing to the collective fear that is growing at this time.
Fear based motivations can look like this:
“If I don’t do ___, then I fear that I will miss out on___”
“My parents/friend/partner told me I should do___, I don’t want to, but I just want to make them happy”.
“I need to work this job I hate because I’m worried I won’t make good money elsewhere”
“If I constantly feel the worry, and think about what’s worrying me, then I will be able to control it better or find a solution”

New Episode is up! We have had some slightly bumpy energy about, which may have sparked a few triggers for some people.
If you have been triggered by something this week, know that it is just your physical reality reflecting an energy that you also embody. You don’t need to feel bad or down about it, the Universe just wants you to turn inwards and look at it!
Observe where you may hold on to some emotions or beliefs that that are similar to how you were just triggered.

This week I talk about the Law of entrainment & Chaos theory. These are physics laws that help us to zoom out and see the bigger picture when things feel a little chaotic!
We are in a global shift, and change takes time.
The same goes for the changes you may be wanting or seeing and experiencing in your life now.
It will take some time for things to change and settle in your life, and it will take some time for things to change and settle.
At times, it’s going to feel ‘hard’, you’re going to feel tension- which is a good thing! The polarities of joy and tension help to propel and evolve our life ✌🏼❤️
We are being shown what is no longer working for us individually, and what is no longer working collectively, in society.
If change is happening in your life, this is because all of the things in your life that you created in the past, from the old you, is no longer viable for you to move forward, for you to evolve. The universe is trying to show you what you need to no longer resist, where you need to surrender, what you need to look at and acknowledge, in order for your new reality to manifest.
We are seeing this on a global scale too.
We need to acknowledge and see all of these old systems, and their shadow sides first. It needs to be exposed, it needs to breakdown in order for us to breakthrough.
Seeing, experiencing and feeling these shadow sides of outdated systems sparks the desire in us to create change.. Then, with the desire comes a thought, then comes an idea, then we must follow through on the idea by taking action on it.
So, take a look around you. What is your reality trying to show you? Where is it that you may need to surrender? Where is it that you may need to choose something different for yourself? Your triggers are trying to help you see, help you pinpoint what you need to acknowledge.
The change you want to see in the world starts with you.
If you find it hard to live in the present, in the here and now.. Try exploring nature for a couple of hours. It’s great practice!
Walking, running, biking.. It doesn’t matter. Make the plan to not have a plan for a few hours to just be and play outside.
Nature teaches us to be here and now. To be present.
Exploring is in my nature, it’s a part of what makes my soul happy. And is why I chose to live in these mountains. Saying no to conventional life that I had to try to fit into, and saying yes to a life that worked for me!
I packed my bag & took the day just to explore and found this incredible canyon and waterfall.
I got so many downloads, and so much clarity. What a gift being in the present really is!!
Exploring is a part of my being. Whether it’s hunting for gold, hiking glaciers, driving down random dirt roads, always saying ‘I just want to see what’s around this corner’, dirtbiking in new places, or camping as much as I can.. I choose to make things that light me up to be a regular part of my life.
That is freedom, the power to choose what you know is right for you.
